So here’s what I worked on for the past few hours. :D” It’s a terribly depressing scene, but I really like it for its dark vibes as well as how its animated. I feel like you can see Yoshida’s artwork especially well here.
I also had to rewatch some scenes to remember that old guy’s name. I honestly tried wracking my brain for five minutes until I gave up and went to rewatch stuff, pff.

Dominic: “DAMN YOU!”

Dominic: “… Anemone…”

Dominic: “… I thought I knew more than anyone else: the pain of living all alone. That was all the more reason why I wanted to support Anemone. Ev-… Even though I knew that t-that the medication she was taking was… eating away at her mind and body… I-I did exactly as she had wished. I… I… I know that I can save her from the life she’s leading right now by finding a suitable replacement for her. But… but in order to do that I have to choose somebody else! And I can’t!”
